Due to the location, you can make great money. But that can be said for other restaurants in the area, so I would keep looking!

Cons

You can make great money if you can handle the lack of professionalism by ownership, and all the family members working for them. It's hard to believe they can stay in business. The turn-over, especially in management, is amazing!!
