Pros

Co workers, pay for an entry level job, and benefits. Direct supervisor was wonderful. Generous with gift cards certain times of the year.

Cons

High stress. Often back to back calls for long periods of time. Everything is timed… your call time, the time it takes to finish up your notes after a call, any time you step away for a bathroom break etc and it all effects your scorecard which therein effects your ability to move up within the company etc. very numbers based. Huge push to sell sell sell. No interest in your development at the company by higher ups (not direct supervisor, mine was great)- they just seem to care about how many upsells and surveys you can get.
