-Terrible management -They have to pay slightly over market value due to the geographic location (very little professional pool of potential employees in the Howell MI area -Upper management is totally involved in daily operations and have no oversight nor knowledge of how the place is run

Everything else. Management is terrible just steer clear of this place. If you have to plaster "best place to work" banners all over the place to trick people, you know you're doing something wrong

It is wonderful when you know the company you work for cares about you as a person & your well being - that is the impression I get with Hanover. Have been with Hanover for less than a year. The atmosphere is very inclusive. Hanover has taken every precaution to make sure that if employees need to get back into the office, they are safe. Opportunities are provided for innovation & growth. People at Hanover are great to work with.

Cons

None so far. Health insurance was not that great but that is changing soon so this will no longer be an issue.
