Pros

Hanover walks the talk when it comes to work life balance. Everyone is encouraged to have a flexible work arrangement (not just favorites or senior level employees) and employees have laptops so they are truly mobile. There is respect and trust for people to do what they need to do to care of their responsibilities at work and at home. Development is taken seriously. Managers are rated on how well they develop their direct reports and lead with the company's values. Including others is something people seem to take very seriously.
