Pros

Honestly- maybe the people but not the people who manage. The SLT are literally idiots.

Cons

Pay sucks, management is terrible. Layoffs continue. Innovation is literally a joke. The only women leaders are in HR or Shared Services which is basically saying women can't manage technical but can draw pretty workflows, pay admins and deal with feelings. This place sucks.

Pros

coworkers are good people, but you might want to keep them at an arms distance

Cons

chained to the computer, management has some unrealistic expectations, and burn out is high. Great place to learn and move on.
