Pros

Sales bonus opportunity, very good PTO, months of training before beginning role. Company does not hesitate to invest in you as an employee.

Cons

Management was constantly changing, did not feel like an actual Hanover employee (role was glorified call center rep and tended to not provide time for various company wide events)

Pros

nothing changes but a lot of talk about change

Cons

Sr. leaders are clueless to what the workers are doing and what they need to do a better job . Seem to like leaders who talk more than do
