job security at higher pay levels is terrible. must play the corporate game to move anywhere. Pay is much lower then other insurance companies.

There is a lot of inconsistency across the organization. From processes to definition of roles. Onboarding isn’t geared toward experienced employees and it’s mostly OTJ training. Lots of redundant meetings. Everyone seems to come from the same 3 other companies, so a lot of group think.
