      Pros

      Overall the pay is pretty good, 20 days of PTO, and good benefits. The company seems to care about their employees and promotes and inclusive working environment. The company and leadership have been AMAZING at dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic and were quick to institute a work for home policy.

      Cons

      Could give more attention to satellite offices. They tend to get forgotten when perks are given out, unless you’re in the office company headquarters, your read about fun things happening / perks but do not get to experience them. For example chair massages or events.

      Pros

      Love the location and the amenities provided. There are fun volunteer events and there are good opportunities to network. I do feel the company does care about everyone’s wellbeing. Good opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      This department focuses on quantity more than quality. Pay should be increased due to the amount of stress and the extremely high measures used to grade your performance. Leadership lakes knowledge and support in day to day activities. Hours can be difficult as schedule is based off seniority. Little engagement with other staff which takes away from building rapport.
