Pros

Great benefits, allow work from home, career development, friendly people to work with, well respected within the insurance community, etc.

Cons

The company has grown significantly in the last 7 or 8 years and still has many in upper management that are not national company thinkers.

Pros

The pay is good. Benefits are also good. Time off 17-18 days between vacation and floating days off.

Cons

Too many things going on and no priorities. Everything any UW ever wants is added to the forms but you still only have 90 minutes to get the information from the client..
