Pros

Very flexible work arrangements with lots of remote opportunities. Pretty good work/life balance Lot's of opportunities to move around if you want to go to another team or department. Lots of employee recognition

Cons

Middle management are sometimes ineffective in their roles and often don't provide adequate support to their direct reports. (This was my personal experience with my manager.) Bonuses and raises are usually disappointing. They have a terrible technology stack

Pros

Good time off, health insurance was expensive but good coverage

Cons

Training was very lacking after licensure . You will be to process tasks with little to no guidance. Procedure and systems are outdated. Pay is low compared to area of expertise

Pros

Diverse types of tasks. Wonderful customer base! Had technical support from colleagues co-located in Buffalo NY. All high caliber professionals! Had a knowledgeable technical director in Buffalo who formed a partnership with our unit of business analysts. True co-located teams who were supportive of each other in spite of one ineffective VP.

Cons

Our business sales are dependent on a substandard vendor system. Upper THG management finally wants a full documentation of the invoice process which is a plus but was needed 3 years ago. The former VP never made it a priority and admitted math wasn’t his strong suit. Additionally this person worked off of the vendor’s archaic project “shirt size” pricing scheme. Also, HP passed up an offer to be an initial investor in the 2.0 system which would have come at a deep price discount.
