      Pros

      The people are amazing, dynamic, REAL. I love that anyone can bring their ideas to the table and be heard. Also, implementing new ideas here is much easier then other carriers. The company is constantly trying to improve and do what they can for their employees and the company as a whole. There's a great team culture, one that would be hard to leave. As the company grows, there's constant change, need to be agile and adaptive to be successful here.

      Cons

      Technology is a bit outdated and systems don't talk to each other.

      Pros

      Benefits are decent and if you are early in career, the company caters to your needs but note that majority of people do leave to attain higher paying positions with other company's. Work-life balance is ok.

      Cons

      Promotional opportunities are extremely limited in the operations area and for the rare occasion when a position becomes available, the selection process is biased and is solely based on "like-ability" by the leadership team" rather than skill or knowledge of industry. All decisions within the department come down to the managers from the leadership team which tightly controls all activities within the organization. The managers are provided with talking points for all matters which creates an environment of non thinking managers

      Fast paced and dynamic company with great people and benefits offerings.

      Cons

      My commute to Worcester can be a bit long with traffic.
