Pros

I've been working for insurance companies since I was 18. Hanover is one of the first places where I felt at home. Management actually cares about your input and wants to place improvements to make your job easier. They care about you as a person and realizes that at times the job maybe tough so they find fun ways to show you their appreciation.

Cons

I sincerely enjoy working there and the people I work for and with. I can't think of anything negative about Hanover.

Pros

The application and interview process as a whole was fantastic and easy. Recruiters and Talent Coordinators reached out in a timely manner and outlined the requirements and expectations of the job. When I appeared in person for my interview everyone I encountered was extremely kind, professional and informative. I had a great overall experience.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about the hiring process. All parts were positive and helpful.
