Management team is young and it can be difficult to break into this role due to size of organization and age of staff.

Management is hit or miss depending on the department. Many managers had gotten their position due to their longevity with the company and not thei actual leadership skills. This doesn't make for good managers especially if they do not have good communication skills or depth of knowledge in the department they manage.
