      Pros

      I started off as an intern and it was a great experience then. Now, I still enjoy it. Great culture and great location. Downtown Worcester is close by so sometimes the co-workers go out afterwork. Great benefits, and Hanover does try to take care of it's employees. Very driven people as well.

      Cons

      Takes forever to get things done. It's a corporate office. Hope you enjoy meeting galore because most of your time will go into meetings.

      Helpful, nice and informative co workers.

      Cons

      Not used to working for contract house so if you need to call in sick/ ask for time off you need to ask direct manager and notify contract house. That's the only con I have.

      Good salary and reasonable benefits. Workload was manageable but expectations are very high

      Cons

      It would be a good place to work if they got rid of the management team. People are targeted for termination - thus favorites are played. You are punished if you voice an original thought - there is no room for discussion. Communication is 1 way only and poor at best. Its a very demoralizing place to work. . If you think this won't happen to you - think again I have seen some of the most seasoned talented adjusters treated terribly.. You should only apply here if you are desperate for work. You need to be a sheep and yes man and you might survive - the economy is better now and there are better places to work. thank goodness I found one.
