Pros

Great benefits and pay. Home office is a nice campus.

Layoffs seem too frequent with no regard given to tenure/dedication.

Pros

Everyone is extremely friendly, supportive and always willing to help. In the future leaders program, you gain exposure to all aspects and departments of the company and have the freedom to involve yourself in nearly any project that you are interested in. Pay is very high and work/life balance is perfect. Additionally, you are granted a significant amount of autonomy and are not micromanaged. Overall, a great company to work for.

Cons

Very outdated systems that are slow and can be difficult to work with.
