Pros

Great management. Great upper management. Open door policy. Everyone works as a team and management doesn't micromanage because they trust they've hired competant employees The gym, caf, clinic are great. The atmosphere is friendly. Pay is GREAT! If you work hard here, it will pay off. I've also never been denied from taking time off or working from home!

Cons

Workload during busy season becomes grueling.

Pros

Pros - They are now a FORMER employer, nice landscaping, good commute for me

Cons

- Micro Managed - Kept in line through daily fear tactics and repression. Management will watch you work and keep you in line down the minute. Yes, I said to the minute. - No advancement opportunities, they do NOT promote from within. - High turnover, so if they lose people they don't care, the next suckers are lining up - Problems come from management culture so that is unlikely to change unless management is booted as they should be - Treated like children - Technology is choppy and out of date, but same expectations apply whether systems are working or not - Overall, dont get into this company...I was so happy to get out...and I've worked in some bad jobs...landscaping, retail...this one takes the cake! - Probably more but I have already spent too much time on this... :)

Pros

Good pay Amazing benefits Beautiful campus Lots of wonderful people

Cons

- Management treats employees as though they are incompetent - Extremely disorganized & chaotic - The service center is a black hole and even though your co-workers (not management) are wonderful, they'll all agree with you on how miserable it is to work in that department - Very little notice on when schedule changes are made, we have been told the day of even - Management treats employees extremely disrespectfully - Very political and barely any chance to move up. - No matter what you do, management will NEVER listen to you. I had some wonderfully intelligent people on my team that had recommendations, and they were completely ignored. - No matter how much work you do, you can be top in sales, you will get yelled at for something - EXTREMELY micromanaged. All of us would get points taken off (banned from bonus) FROM GOING TO THE BATHROOM. Also, they have yelled at many people for coming back from lunch (I kid you not), either one minute late or in my case, 1 minute and 45 seconds late....
