Pros

Pay was higher than most companies in the same industry. Benefits were good or better than most companies. Transfer opportunies are always available

Cons

Lack of communication and organization among departments and the company. Not all employees were treated equally in terms of workload. A lot of separatism rather than a focus on company goals.

Great People, benefits and opportunities for professional growth. If you want to grow into a leadership position, this is the company to do that with. Hanover is a community minded company that is involved in many charities and is influential in all the communities it has offices in.

None. This company is great.
