Pros

Training is good and can range from 4 weeks to 12.

Cons

Outdated systems, managers seem shady (illegal things like reducing pay and time worked); plays favorites, don't seem to like Hispanic people.

Works you to death

Pros

Able to work remote if needed, flexable hours

Cons

If you are a high performer they will keep piling more and more work on. They never listen to the field and the same work is done and repeated by multiple people making the job very inefficient and almost impossible to keep up. Lots of favoritism, especially if you are a young male.
