      Pros

      Honestly- maybe the people but not the people who manage. The SLT are literally idiots.

      Cons

      Pay sucks, management is terrible. Layoffs continue. Innovation is literally a joke. The only women leaders are in HR or Shared Services which is basically saying women can't manage technical but can draw pretty workflows, pay admins and deal with feelings. This place sucks.

      Pros

      Hanover is great at advancing folks through their career, however, you are responsible to drive that by taking on projects, and asking to be developed where you are interested in growing.

      Cons

      Hanover isn't very competitive with pay, often low balling the value of peoples skills

      Pros

      Medical benefits and personal time off are good. Management is flexible with schedule changes if you have a doctor appointment. Co-workers and friendly and helpful.

      Unorganized department Turnover for employees and management is high Technology is outdated Management definitely has favoritism Company needs to be more progressive Changes are constantly happening
