Pros

PTO is decent. The benefit options are nice. Always rewarding with positive feedback , and promotes good employee interaction & relationships.

Cons

*Too high of a claims volume to manage your work. 17 claims in a day, 13, 10, 12. But all you hear is “call right away” or “you didn’t call within a 24 hr period” ITS NOT possible! *Auto answer is horrible. You can’t finish notating a claim before the phone beeps and there is another customer *Commerical and personal auto claims together is a bit overwhelming * Training is terrible *Processes are horribly long *Overworked to keep pending down, don’t do it, it doesn’t matter. They have great rewards programs if they actually stick to it. You can collect Bravos and receive money for turning them in, but that’s only if your manager is truthful about it. Ask for proof of your referral because that seems to be an issue for them to pay you for as well.

Pros

The hybrid work schedule is the only pro

Cons

First starting off, you’re given claims to work from other adjusters. They claim it’s for training purposes but it’s really because the adjusters who have already been there are swamped in claims and as the new group, you’re there to clean it up. The work/pay ratio is horrible. You’re given tons of claims that are expected to be done in a timely manner, all while being expected to answer calls, return calls, and respond to emails. It would be ok if they paid more but they do not. The pay is horrible.
