      They are nice to you as long as you agree to whatever they say.

      Cons

      BEWARE. Culture is made to be robotic. You can not have ideas, you are promoted only if your manager likes you, not because of the work you produce. Grass is greener on other side. Your opinion matters, what you do is important. You are not just a number for an audit. Howell location needs new management in claims. It is poorly run, there is no longevity and the women are all in competition with one another, it's a joke. Everyone hates their jobs b/c the environment is terrible. I feel bad for the people that stay there.

      Pros

      Great benefits and starting salary. Coming right out of college and having benefits on day one was really nice and the starting salary was better than a lot of other companies I looked it.

      Cons

      Hard to advance or move up, most moves are lateral. Moving to a different department was the only way to move, trying to move up in your own department was almost impossible.
