Pros

The pay is favorable. Benefits are okay. Some flexibility in hybrid work arrangements depending on your position. Several team lunches.

Cons

There is a lot of inconsistency across the organization. From processes to definition of roles. Onboarding isn’t geared toward experienced employees and it’s mostly OTJ training. Lots of redundant meetings. Everyone seems to come from the same 3 other companies, so a lot of group think.

Pros

Amazing people to work with. They do make changes based on employee feedback, and try to implement new programs.

Cons

Small organization and can be siloed.
