      Pros

      Great benefits overall that are better than conventional benefits offered by larger firms. Flexible work schedule, good work-life balance, great employee atmosphere, family oriented culture, and great projects to work on all around the country and the globe.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth for the AE personnel, especially engineering. Not a lot of inter-division work sharing (i.e. if you are in the industrial division you are mainly - 99.0% of your time going to be working on industrial projects only - pigeon-held in that matter)
