      - The OCEs truly care about their company - visit offices routinely and offer very generous 401K, wellness, and internal programs for its employees - Employees from other offices will share their work and seek other's expertise - team mentality - opportunity to grow and create your own path to the top

      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities and many chanced to move up in this company. I have worked here for over 16 years and am amazed at the company's growth through the years. The number of resources at Haskell and the individuals are what make this company great to me.

      Cons

      Not too many cons at Haskell. There are a lot of growth possibilities but with that comes hard work and challenging expectations.

      Lots of opportunities for lateral movement and great people in upper and middle management. Headquarters is located in a great part of the state. Job locations in may different parts of the country.

      Cons

      Subject to the commercial cycles of construction, like any other large company.
