      Pros

      Synergy of project teams, the ability to work hand in hand with construction side of Design-Build for all types of clients, quick design-construction turn around so the amount of experience you get is 3 times that of design only firms. You get rewarded for doing a good job.

      Cons

      Hard to attract talented architects into design build because of old stereotypes of design-build. Rollout of cutting edge technology was not well thought out by leadership.
