Pros
Other than upper managent the employees are great people. They a good benifits package. The bonus potentials in the company are very good. A great diversity off projects to work on, not the same old thing from project to project.
Cons
To much favoritisem shown to certain employees. To many employees that have jobs only because they are married to someone in upper managent not because of their abilities. Does not incourage tranning for employees. Does not educate employees about company policies thus employees are missing out on some financial perks. When on a project with design issues they don't approach the design team to assit. If a project does not finish on time or loses money because of design issues it is the field supervision that is blamed not the design team.
