Pros

Incredible teams in almost every department. Gorgeous facility and well maintained. Great clientele.

Cons

Industry high tip out. Literal hours of side work. Lack of communication and inexperienced management. Standards and culture have eroded over the years. Management does not have your back and will use the cctv system for secreted surveillance.
