on your feet all day. Have to deal with stock issues without the support of the management

The company has great health benefits, bonuses for all employee levels twice a year, and numerous discounts for items like cell phones.

Cons

If in a salaried position, you can expect to work 50+ hours per week and must be willing to work anytime.

Pros

good advancement for someone interested in working and following the company policies. must be good with people (customers), good to have some technical background but isn't necessary.

Cons

Long hours are expected and some shifts can be inconvient.. always weekend work necessary. advancement to higher management assist mgrs the company requires to many hours (55 per week) and not good for a home life.
