Pros

The customers, some of them at least. Some very nice co-workers Hard work gets rewarded Able to advance without a college degree

Cons

The customers, some of them at least. Some crazy (not in a good way) co-workers Very hard work. Everyone complained about their feet hurting from standing and walking on a concrete floor all day! Petty assistant managers on power trips.
