Pros

Okay pay (as long as you don't calculate pay/hour) and decent bennies

Cons

LOOOOOOONG hours and messed up schedule.. Not unusual to work 11-12 hours or longer, go home and sleep for 1 1/2 hours, get up and go right back to work for another 12 hours. Several times worked 11 hours, slept for 3 or 4, got up and worked overnight and stayed until 3 or 4 pm the next day.

Pros

I worked there for less than a month before I left. I was on the M.E.T team. I was really excited bc of the supposedly set hrs., which were a lie, and bc of the type of work they trained me for. Problem is they had a daytime assoc training mem BIG MISTAKE!!! Nothing she showed me was how it was suppose to go. I even asked, "Why am I being trained by you & you work in the daytime?", her response was a snarky one "I can show you what you'll be doing. I've been here 20 yrs & have been a Manager & everything. I think I know what I'm doing". WRONG! I didnt say anything after that. I just took all the training I could get in. I report for my 1st night of work and NOTHING she showed me, & I do mean NOTHING was the same. I essentially was thrown on the job with no training. They assured me that I would be paired with a " trainer" who would show me everything & not leave my side. WRONG AGAIN! As soon as we hit the floor he was doing his own thing. Not explaining anything to me or telling me what I should be doing. I was walking around looking lost bc I didn't know what to do. Everyone else just fell into their daily routine & left me hanging. I asked my trainer about training & he said this is your training:Find something to do. NO SIR & NO THANK YOU.

Cons

1.PAY SUCKS:$9.20 an hr 2.I wasn't allowed to go outside on my lunch, we had to stay in the building 3.No 15 min breaks, only a lunch. I asked someone about a break 3 hrs in & was told "We don't do that here. Just lunch" 4.They turn the air off at night so it's hot as hell! 5.THEY NOW UNDERPAY EMPLOYEES. I INTERVIEWED FOR THIS SAME POSITION 2 YRS AGO & WAS OFFRRED DAMN NEAR $13, NOT A MEASLEY $9.20. 6.Management sucks 7.No organization at all 8.I asked for an employee handbook & management said "We don't have those"...RED FLAG 9.Every other assoc in the store hates the overnight M.E.T team. 10.They bring in outside help who make AT LEAST $3 more than you, even though you're the 1 with the orange shirt 11.I was told I would work no more than 8 hrs...that was a LIE 12. Not to mention the fact that they wanted me to drive to a location 70 miles out from my home then, they advised that I park my car, in what I know is an unsafe location, for the entire night until i returned the next morning from the store 70 miles out. No Bueno. Don't think so. Was NEVER going to freakin happen.
