Training is minimal and extremely inconsistent. Very little guidance provided during onboarding. Quotas are extremely high and stressful. Employees often skip breaks to meet quotas. Write-ups happen very easily and unfairly. Communication with management is very poor. Warehouse cleanliness and organization are neglected. Reporting injuries can feel very unsafe. Constant pressure to push your body. Frequent new hires without proper onboarding.

Senior management doesn't come to the employee level. Pay levels.are below industry. No trust exists in the organization. People think they are more important then they are and micro management is they way they deal with most employees.
