Cons

Workplace needs some updating, but there is a project starting to invest in this Fast-moving environment that has ambiguity at times, so best for those who are natural learners, need less structure AND are okay building it

The interviewing/onboarding process went really fast. No waiting around for weeks wondering what the status was. Great people and company culture best I've seen in manufacturing.

Cons

Hybrid work environment but you need to use your personal equipment (cell phone, monitors, keyboard etc.) for your home office.
