Pros

When I started this was a great place to work. It had its ups and downs like any job, but that changed when Bob (the owner) sold the company.

Cons

Oak hill ruined this company (and continues to). The investment group that bought the company did what investment company’s do. Cut costs and tried to run lean(er). But this meant cutting and losing good people and replacing them with lower paid and inexperienced employees. Worst of all the top executives were all from other industries with no business being in a print based business.

Pros

Some wonderful co workers and flexibility

Cons

Almost every department has people that are stressed and overwhelmed with their workload. Because of this, mistakes are constantly made so a large portion of your time could be spent on fixing mistakes, some of which were made even before you started there. When people quit, a new person isnt hired for their position. Instead, their responsibilities are handed over to other employees who are already stressed. They love to give additional work and accounts to people, but chances are it'll be years before you get a raise. Most of management is very unprofessional and childish. Training is basically non existent. If you don't mind being constantly stressed, this company might be a good fit for you.

Pros

Great people to work with (if they stick around) Majority of upper management truly do care about your well being

Cons

401k is way below average They use the fact that you are a "salaried" worker to guilt trip you into working way more hours than what they pay you for. You will be gas lit when you bring issues to management. This is because they too are overworked and don't have time to help you.
