The place is very temp heavy. If you work in kitting or assembly the Imagine employees are vastly outnumbered by temp service employees, many of which speak little to no English and come from all different cultures. It's something you have to learn to work with if you are in those areas. As another reviewer stated here, there has been problems with some of the temps, threats of violence to the company by them, even actual violence, we had armed security guards in the building for a few months after one incident. It can be intimidating at times, having to confront someone on being overly late returning from breaks or not doing a good job, you don't know what reaction you'll get from them.
A concern with many employees is pay. Personally I am happy with what I have but one of the #1 reasons I see people quitting is over their pay. OUr insurance goes up every year, they just cancelled LTD as a company paid benefit and made us buy it but yet many people did not get a raise big enough to cover those increases.
Hours: If you work here you'll be getting up very early if you work days or staying up all night if you work nights. There are also weekends that most people have to work at least some of the time. If you are not a morning person or not a all night person or will not work weekends then this is not the place for you because one or the other is going to be required of you to work here.
Floor mats for workers to stand on are in short supply. You got people standing for 12 hour shifts and not close to enough floor mats. It should be a requirement.
