Pros

U get a paycheck and have a job I really don't have Much else 2 say other than that

Cons

I worked at imagine for 4 years which 2 of them I was a line lead without getting paid as one I was told by one of my bosses I would get promoted to lead with hard work and dedication(I was a lead assistant at the time) then they fired a few leads and made me run lines everyday then gave me a raise to 13 because I was making less bit then hired a few new guys at 15 to be leads and ad no experience and wanted me to train them. I do not understand them or management and feel bad for all the current employees.
