Pros

Consistently trying to improve. Transparent Leadership cares and is encouraging to young and fresh starters in the staffing world. Good people. Work hard/play hard atmosphere.

Cons

OK benefits and no 401k match. Could be sold at any time since they're owned by someone that is in the business of selling businesses. Culture changing with growth Lots of Turnover on the IT staffing side. A lot of "drinking the Kool Aid" type of motivation here so good for young people but when you get a little experience you realize you don't need that to succeed. They rarely EVER fire anyone if they're loyal and because of that they have at least one or two awful leaders that have just been there for a while.

Pros

They seem like very nice people.

Cons

They're dishonest. They will tell you anything you need to hear in order to get their money. Afterwards, they conveniently forget about their promises. I was promised a bonus as part of my placement, but when it wasn't paid, they said "oops, we should've made notes about our conversations, but we didn't. Sorry. You're out of luck."

Pros

your peers in individual contributor roles because they can relate to the lack of competent leadership and the lying. They are your crutch to make it through this place

Cons

leadership in the company does not care about you or your success. they care about is driving you to drive up their incentive units so they can cash out and bail on you. dont forget that You will be lied to your face, a lot about everything related to your job and your performance. Then they will lie to your peers about you too. No layoffs = layoffs. saw countless people get "fired" under the masking of performance when it was really layoffs because the leadership overplayed their hand growing into markets overnight What you tell management in confidence as a human being will be used against you behind closed doors
