Pros

Other than some good coworkers and flexible PTO , I got nothing.

Cons

-company lacks structure, expectations change frequently causing a lot of people to constantly be in fear of losing their jobs. -management as a whole is awful, executive leadership is like a boys club, no one knows how to lead with integrity or tact. -they tell you they offer competitive pay, in reality it’s low compared to industry standard. -VERY sales oriented, if you’re not here to be an account manager, why are you here at all?

Pros

Most if the people I worked with were actually great.

Cons

Pay is on the low end. For new employees they're required to be in office 5 days a week but the ones who were working remotely because of the pandemic just got to stay remote. Hires big groups of new starts know they won't last long, and then they ended laying a lot of people off anyway. Very metrics driven vs results driven. Direct supervisor practiced heavily in micro management. They really just grind you down.
