Pros

The Intersect Group is an awesome place for recent college graduates to gain corporate experience on a hardworking, growth-minded team with high expectations and a proven track record of success. I started as a Recruiter at TIG and was quickly promoted to Account Manager within a few months. TIG leadership and team members supported my growth within the organization through training and great mentorship. There is an incredible amount of potential and opportunity at TIG and individuals who put in the work see quick success within their role! The direction of the company is really exciting and leadership is always open to feedback and new ideas, which allows all TIG employees to feel like they truly have a voice within the organization. Very happy to be a TIG employee, I would highly recommend working here!

Cons

TIG is results-focused, which means there are high expectations around performance. These expectations, specifically the focus on KPIs, can be motivating but also contribute to a high-stress environment.
