Pros

Free food and drinks and good benefits

Thank you for your review. I take reviews of our business and culture very seriously and am sorry for your experience. I would appreciate an opportunity to speak with you, if you are willing, to better understand your thoughts on our company and how we can improve - Edwin Miller, CEO. We are disappointed that you did not have a great experience with us. The staffing industry is notorious for many of the cons listed, but we make a concerted effort to be atypical in that regard. We will continue to focus on hiring the best people at every level of the organization so that our employees, candidates and clients have an experience indicative of our core values: Driven to Serve, Fighting Spirit, and Celebratory Nature.

Pros

The people Good place to get your feet wet in recruiting if you can manage yourself well If you happen to work on the Finance & Accounting side, you will learn alot, grow and have leaders that operate with integrity & push you to be your best.

Cons

Can be a little like a frat house, lots of drinking in & out of the office The leadership, to date, the Technology side leaves much to be desired & the culture has taken a major downward spiral There are very minimal quality requisitions to work Limited room to grow Loads of favoritism
