Pros

Great commission structure. Very competitive commissions across all staffing firms.

Cons

Heavy politics, peer pressure, drinking on the job and partying. This place felt like a frat house that went wrong. Leadership is guilty for leading this type of atmosphere.

Pros

Fun environment and some perks, annual summit trip, office snacks, happy hours.

Cons

The compensation plan is not equal for Sales and Recruiters, this is the first company I have worked for that does not do an equal split. No 401K match, health benefits aren't great.
