Entry level training

Pros

Entry level training is good, and you will learn the basics of what it takes to be great in staffing. Also some of the best people you can ask for in terms of culture.

Cons

The model, in my opinion, does not allow a path to success. Lots of confusion in relation to goals, path to promotion, and just overall success for Sr level recruitment, as well as entry level Account Management.
