Pros

The Intersect Group Certainly knows how to celebrate The CFO is amazing

Cons

Inexperienced leadership - Leadership giving their buddies a job who are severly underqualified to be in the position of directing the companies - TIG tried to get too big too quickly while abandoning what made the company great and not having a strong go to market strategy

Pros

Ummmm, I cant really say there are any.

Cons

They operate like the "good ole boys." Its a complete revolving door when it comers to new hires. They promote certain races much faster... So you know what to expect when you get there....

Pros

- Outstanding managers who lead with integrity and intention. - Executive Leadership wants to hear your voice - Innovation is their attitude and they are always looking to better the company. - HR and Training/Development go above and beyond when preparing future and current employees for success (4 months of hands-on training and continued training multiple times p/year). - Great company culture that offers a supportive teamwork environment! - Awesome career growth and guidance on how to achieve promotions in a fast amount of time. - Great work/life balance once promoted. - It's a gift working a job each day that helps place individuals in a career that will impact them and their loved ones' lives. Simultaneously, partnering with businesses in your given area to supply/tend to their needs and ensure their hiring process is a smooth process.

Cons

- Staffing is a tough industry - It's not for the weak and it takes a whole lot of grit, perseverance, and self-motivation. - No company is perfect and our company has flaws (every company does).
