Pros

Some of the reasons that makes this company best to work at are (in no particular order): 1. Location: in the Arts District of Costa Mesa, CA; next door to the performing arts theatre of Orange County, various food/dining options, and across the street from the West Coast's largest luxury shopping mall. Very short drive to the local Southern California beaches 2. Hours of Operations: Open 5 Days a Week, allowing one to not work on the weekend. I treasure having my weekends off. 3. Culture Committees: The heart of the culture of this company comes from those Champions in the spirit, wellness & DEI committees who bring monthly and quarterly activities and initiatives across offices allowing colleagues to get to know each other more, encourage team building, & pride. These committees also invite new hires, and anyone within the company to voluntarily join if they want to participate in helping rollout upcoming events, team outings, etc. 4. Competitive Pay & Work Development: The company practices personalized 1:1s with manager-to-employee, to help develop skills and overcome obstacles with the goal of career growth. After The Intersect Group acquired us a year ago, they gave the Onboarding Coordinators a bump to ensure they were being compensated competitively and appropriately. That was non-existent with previous employers. 5. Accessibility to Management and HR: I have always found it so great to work for a company where my manager makes time for me, or is available to discuss initiatives, bounce ideas with and talk development. This goes for our HR Director too. Despite being imaginably busy, she is available. That was not something I have seen in my previous years of work with other companies. 6. Talent Acquisition Team: Our TA team is one of a kind. They sit in our Orange County office and they take pride in seeing every hire's succeed and how mesh with the team. They truly care! You are not just a number. 7. Annual/Bi-Annual Conferences: The company prides itself on bringing everyone together 1-2 a year, in a conference where all the offices and teams across the nation can come together and meet each other 8. Operations Coordinators: The administrative support team is really dedicated to supporting the sales and recruiting teams. They help educate our growing teams with best practices and how to support our active externals on assignment. 9. No One is Left Behind: The company has great trainers, off book managers, and a very present CEO that are dedicated and interact with every hire in the company. 10. Employee Connection: Company utilizes HELLO social, to allow all the different markets to stay connected through videos, posts, messages and photos to share highlights, team spirit happenings, and motivation from coast to coast

Cons

Working from the West Coast, makes us the newest offices of the Intersect Group, having been acquired about one year ago- and with that comes the desire to want a bigger team in all of our West coast offices. It would personally be amazing to see an office with 60+ people in every location. Would also love to see the company eventually buildout or invest in the creation of a wellness room (separate from the kitchen/break room area) that is dedicated to relaxation. Would also love to see my direct manager who sits in Atlanta visit our location more. Not as often as our CEO, and Regional Managers, but it would be great to have her come out once every 6 months, just for face time. I envy how much the production teams get out of team outings with their direct managers, and the happy hours with leadership.

Great for long-term opportunity

Pros

The foundation of this company is solid and leadership truly cares about everybody's success. There are plenty of people to reach out to if you need help or advice and our office culture is great. If you're a hard worker and follow the steps that leadership gives you in sales, you will find a lot of success. You really do get as much as you put in here and there's so much long-term growth opportunity. In the Nashville office, there's a smaller group and it's full of kind, hard-working, and genuine people who make coming to work enjoyable every day. The Market Director is a great mentor and makes an effort to hold everybody accountable, while still making work fun.

Cons

If you're looking for more flexibility in your schedule, it may be harder to get used to this work environment (strict 8-5). It's onsite every day and little to no opportunity to work remotely. We used to have a hybrid schedule but that's not offered unless you're high above your ramp.
