Pros

There are a lot of opportunities for growth/different paths you can take. Young employee base - really good starting point for young professionals.

Cons

Trial by fire - jumping in feet first is just the nature of it - very heavy on the grind mentality. Focus is primarily on sales - not a lot of focus on the recruitment side of things that drive the business.

Pros

Opportunity for advancement, meritocratic upward progression, people-centric culture, uncapped commission, incentive unit earning(s) opportunity

Cons

Takes hard work, dedication, and commitment to something bigger than you to find the success you're aiming to gain. That isn't for everyone, but the countless of examples of success are everywhere.
