      Pros

      They are a great company to gain experience with after graduation. They are very understanding and caring for their employees and want truly them to succeed.

      Cons

      I have many friends in the staffing industry and I know they get WFH days, which would be nice to have at least 1 day a week to WFH considering our work is mainly online.

      Pros

      The culture is great and everyone at the office gets along! We have good relationships with each other in and out of the office. Amazing co-workers.

      Cons

      Fully onsite, no WFH and not much flexibility, lots of favoritism, high turnover, lots of change with policies/rules/expectations, inconsistency within the company, when you get promoted to an R2 or Account Manager you stop getting the commission that you earned as an R1.
