      Pros

      Culture is great. Team outings, celebrations of wins large and small. Love the people I work with. I feel super supported by my managers. Not hard to do well if you put in the work and meet/exceed what is expected of you.

      Cons

      Some people may think its too much work - don't get me wrong, it's a grind. But if you are a motivated individual that is driven by numbers and money, you get a lot out of it.
