Pros

My time at TIG has been positive from the get-go. From leadership to account managers, to recruiters, everyone has been helpful, informative, and kind. When I started, everyone was willing to give me a helping hand whenever I had a question or needed advice/ guidance. The culture is one of the best things TIG has to offer. There are endless opportunities to grow within the company. I was promoted within 6 months of working here and I couldn't be more pleased. My manager is very well-versed in the market and has been a great mentor going from a recruiting position to sales. There is a great work/life balance. I'm glad to be a part of a great team.

Cons

No 401k match IT market is hard to get your foot in the door and get commission coming in

Best Job I've Ever Had

Pros

I have never felt more invested-in, supported, and encouraged as I have during my tenure with The Intersect group. The culture of teamwork and uplifting each other has been one of the main reasons I plan to spend a long time with this company. I feel extremely motivated while also being cared for every day I come into the office.

Cons

Rarely, the collective nature of the office can be detrimental to my mood. When everybody is so "on the same page", it feels like if one person is behind/not feeling great everyone is affected. This does also come with benefits, however, whereas if everyone is on their game or feeling good the office is humming. I guess I would just ask for the availability for individuality to come in some form (i.e being allowed to work in a conference room, potentially a hybrid schedule?). Other than this (slight and rare) roadblock, everything else operates wonderfully.
