      Cons

      I'm 8 weeks in and there are no complaints on this end. Everything you've heard about this industry has been completely reimagined by a leadership team with decades of experience in staffing solutions.

      The company truly cares about you as a person. I feel heard, valued, and understood by my co-workers and leadership. The Intersect Group offers great benefits and prioritizes cultivating an office culture that is inclusive, productive, and healthy! At my time so far it is obvious that TIG wants to grow, develop and motivate their employees to reach their full professional potential.

      The staffing environment requires a lot of time and energy, but the teams you work with get you through the long days!
