Pros

I worked one job, 1 contract, and then once the contract was over, they did not have any further employment for me. So three days before christmas I was jobless

Cons

Pay was good and they paid weekly

Pros

Uncapped commission, flexibility and career growth.

Cons

Similar to most sales organization's where it can be taxing to get successful in the beginning of your career.

Pros

Not much. Company sponsored events and meetings typically have a nice spread.

Cons

The commission for entry level recruiting is laughable. Pair that with a salary that’s well below the industry average, TIG is more geared for individuals coming straight out of college who haven’t accrued real-world expenses. If you’re looking for a promotion don’t expect any level of work life balance. Any PTO used will count against the constantly changing metrics they measure your performance on. Turnover rates are high due to low compensation, and there’s no effort made to correct these issues as they prey on college career fairs and alumni connections to find new “talent” (i.e., recent grads who don’t know how to identify toxic environment). Coworkers are friendly but everyone is essentially in direct competition with one another pulling from the same job boards while trying to staff the same positions. The KPIs that promotions are based on seem to change with the wind.
