Actions speak louder than titles Promotions and opportunities are based on impact, not just tenure or seniority

      With a strong bias for action, every process is not fully mature. A lot of opportunity, but it requires flexibility to create new processes and make improvements over time.

      Pros

      I worked with Scott and David and communication has been really responsive and positive. I'm excited to start my position next week through TIG and hopefully everything works out. On-boarding was a breeze, the regular drug test and paperwork. My recruiters tried to compensate for the missing benefits with a bit higher salary which was nice of them.

      Cons

      401k and health benefits could use some work. The i9 process felt a bit weird where I needed an additional reviewer for my passport, it's the first time I've been asked for that. The 365 website wouldn't catch my work history, I needed to continuously refresh the page to hopefully make it save.
